For the moments when you need help sorting things out and moving forward.
A practical thinking partner for students, parents, and adults navigating decisions, transitions, and next steps.
You Do Not Have to Figure it Out Alone.
Sometimes life hands you a question that does not come with a clear next step.
Maybe your child is struggling with school, motivation, organization, or follow-through. You might be a student trying to choose classes, explore a major, or prepare for college. You may be an adult or professional feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for a change, but not totally sure how to explain what needs to change.
You do not need to show up with a perfectly organized explanation. Half the time, the work starts with, “I do not totally know how to explain this, but…”
That is okay. We can start there.
I help people slow down, sort through what feels unclear, name what matters, and identify realistic next steps that fit their actual life.
The Way I Work
You do not need to have it all organized before we start.
You do not need to have the perfect words, a polished plan, or a neatly packaged problem before we talk. I am often the person people come to when they have too many thoughts, too many tabs open, or too much information to sort through alone.
My strength is helping people slow down, see the patterns, name what is actually going on, and find a practical next step. I ask thoughtful questions, notice what others may miss, and help turn “I do not even know where to start” into something more manageable.
Support starts with a conversation, but it does not stop there.
Together, we sort through what feels unclear, name what matters, and identify a realistic next step. Along the way, we may also build or identify tools, resources, or support that can help you carry the work into real life.
What We Can Work Through Together
How I Can Help
Support can look different depending on what you are trying to sort through. Here are some of the areas I help with. You do not need to know exactly which one fits before reaching out.
-
School planning, college transition, major exploration, independence, executive functioning, big projects, sports, and next-step planning.
-
School conversations, routines, resources, executive functioning challenges, and support for helping your child move forward without carrying everything for them.
-
Practical support for organization, routines, task breakdown, planning systems, follow-through, and making daily life more manageable.
-
Guided support for bigger decisions, transitions, business ideas, career questions, personal goals, and “what now?” moments.
-
Workplace navigation, communication, career pivots, overwhelm, planning, follow-through, AI support, and seasons of change.
-
Support with mental resilience, preparation routines, organization, confidence, pressure, and balancing sports with school or life.
-
Help using AI to organize thoughts, draft messages, plan projects, build routines, prepare for conversations, and reduce mental load.
-
Help thinking through what kind of outside support may be useful, including therapists, evaluators, advocates, tutors, ADHD testing providers, or other specialists.
Ready to Start Sorting It Out?
Share a little about what is going on and what kind of support you are looking for.
The form helps me understand what you are hoping to sort through, whether this work may be a helpful place to begin, and what kind of conversation or support might make sense.
You can start with what feels most important right now. It does not need to be perfectly organized or fully figured out. Sometimes people come in with a clear question, and sometimes they come in with scattered pieces that are still hard to name.
After reviewing what you share, I’ll follow up. From there, we may set up a free 15-minute introduction call to talk through what you are looking for and decide the best place to begin.
Tell me what you can, and we can take it from there.
