Work With Me
Support starts with a conversation, but the goal is not just to talk. The goal is to leave with more clarity, a realistic next step, and a better sense of what kind of tools, resources, or support may help. All sessions are offered by phone or virtual meeting.
Start with an Introduction Call
Before scheduling a session, please complete the inquiry form. From there, we can see whether a quick 15-minute introduction call would be a helpful place to begin.
This call is not a full coaching session. It is a chance to talk through what you are looking for, answer basic questions, and identify the best starting point.

Length: 15 minutes
Starting Sessions
Clarity + Planning Session
A 60-minute starting session for sorting through a specific question, challenge, decision, or next step.
This may be a good place to begin if you are feeling overwhelmed, preparing for a conversation, supporting a child or teen, navigating a school, work, parenting, or life transition, or looking for practical tools and next steps.
After the session, you will receive a brief written recap with suggested next steps and any relevant tools, resources, or reflection prompts to support what we discussed.
Length: 60 minutes
Rate: $200
Visioning + Next-Step Planning
A 90-minute starting session for bigger questions, transitions, or decisions that need more space.
This may be a good place to begin if you are exploring major or college planning, a career or life pivot, a business idea, parent/student planning, sports mindset, or a bigger “what now?” question.
We slow down and look at the full picture, including what feels exciting, what feels unclear, what drains you, what comes naturally, what kind of life you want to build, and what options may be worth exploring.
The goal is not to have your whole future figured out by the end of one call. Honestly, rude of the future to expect that.
After the session, you will receive a written recap with key themes, suggested next steps, and tailored reflection prompts or resources to support continued exploration.
Length: 90 minutes
Rate: $350
AI for Real Life
A practical starting session for people who want help using AI in everyday life, school, work, parenting, planning, or communication.
This can be a standalone session if you specifically want support with AI, or it can be included as part of a Clarity + Planning Session, Visioning Session, or follow-up support.
This may include using AI to organize thoughts, break down projects, draft or refine messages, create routines, prepare for conversations, create checklists, or reduce the mental load of work, school, parenting, or home life.
This is not technical AI consulting. It is practical support for using AI in ways that make daily life more manageable.
Basically: less “AI is taking over the world” and more “can this help me get the email written, the project started, or the week planned?”
After the session, you will receive a brief written recap with suggested next steps and any relevant prompts, tools, or resources to support what we discussed.
Length: 60 minutes
Rate: $200
Continue the Work
Ongoing Support
For clients who want to keep working through what surfaced in a Clarity + Planning Session, Visioning + Next-Step Planning session, or AI for Real Life session.
Follow-up support is not where you need to begin. It is available after an initial session if continued support would be helpful.
This may include reviewing reflection prompts, narrowing options, building tools, identifying patterns, creating a more concrete plan, or continuing support through a decision, transition, or next step.
After the session, you will receive a brief written recap with updated next steps and any relevant tools, resources, or reflection prompts to support continued progress.
Length: 60 minutes
Rate: $200
Included When Helpful
Custom Tools + Resources
When helpful, I may share tools, templates, reflection prompts, or resources to support the work we are doing together.
This may include planning tools, reflection questions, school or meeting prep, project breakdowns, routines, checklists, AI prompts, or other practical supports.
The goal is not to give you a binder full of things you will never look at again. The goal is to build or share tools you can actually use.
These supports may be included when they would make the work more practical and useful. They are not usually where we begin, but they can help turn the conversation into tools, resources, and next steps you can actually use.
Resource Navigation
Sometimes part of the work is figuring out what kind of help would actually be useful.
When it makes sense, I can help you sort through whether another resource may be a better next step, such as a therapist, evaluator, educational advocate, tutor, ADHD testing provider, or other specialist.
This is not clinical, legal, or educational advocacy support. It is practical help organizing what is going on, clarifying questions, and thinking through possible next steps.
