Who I Support
I work with students, parents, adults, professionals, and people navigating decisions, transitions, executive functioning challenges, and next steps.
This work is especially helpful for thoughtful, capable people who may look like they are managing from the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, unsure, scattered, stuck, or tired of trying to sort everything out alone.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out. Sometimes the first step is simply having someone help you slow down, name what is happening, and figure out what would actually be useful next.
Different People, Different Starting Points
-
For students and young adults trying to make sense of school, next steps, independence, major exploration, organization, sports, or the transition into adulthood.
You may be here because you are choosing classes, thinking about college, exploring a major, managing a big project, balancing sports and school, or trying to build more structure and confidence as life asks more of you.
For younger students, sessions are parent-led or parent-child rather than child-only support.
You do not need to know your whole life plan to take one good next step. Honestly, most adults are still editing the plan anyway.
-
For parents who want to better understand what their child may need and how to support them without carrying everything alone.
You may be here because your child is struggling with organization, motivation, follow-through, school routines, confidence, transitions, or big emotions around school or life. You may also need help preparing for school conversations, sorting through concerns, or figuring out what kind of outside support may be useful.
The goal is not to hand you a perfect script or pretend there is one right answer. The goal is to help you feel more organized, informed, and supported as you take the next step.
Parenting advice is everywhere. Practical help for your actual kid, your actual life, and your actual bandwidth can be harder to find.
-
For adults and professionals navigating work, communication, pivots, overwhelm, follow-through, or seasons of change.
You may be here because you are preparing for a hard conversation, feeling stuck in your work, considering a career or life pivot, trying to organize too many thoughts, or wanting a plan that fits your actual capacity and real life.
This is not executive coaching for people who want polished corporate performance language. It is practical support for people who want to move through work and life with more clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Being capable does not mean you are supposed to figure everything out alone.
-
For students balancing school, sports, pressure, confidence, preparation, and everything else that comes with trying to grow as both a person and an athlete.
You may be here because you want help building routines, staying organized, managing pressure, preparing mentally, reflecting after setbacks, balancing school and sports responsibilities, or learning how to reset and keep moving.
This is not sports performance coaching. It is practical planning and mindset support for student-athletes who need help staying grounded, organized, and ready for what is next.
-
For people standing at a decision point and trying to make sense of what comes next.
You may be here because you are exploring a major, career move, business idea, life transition, personal goal, family decision, or another “what now?” question that feels too big or too unclear to sort through alone.
The goal is not to tell you what to do. The goal is to help you ask better questions, understand what is coming up, and move toward a next step that fits.
Sometimes the thing you are trying to figure out is not ready to be a plan yet. It may still be scattered notes, half-formed thoughts, late-night overthinking, or a voice memo you forgot to label.
We can start there.
-
For people who do not just want to talk about what feels hard, but also want practical tools, structure, and next steps.
You may be here because you need help building routines, breaking down tasks, organizing a project, preparing for a conversation, using AI in a useful way, creating a planning system, or finding simple ways to make daily life feel more manageable.
The goal is not to create a perfect system. The goal is to create something useful enough that you will actually use it.
Real life does not always cooperate with beautiful planners, color-coded calendars, or the version of you who thought Sunday night was going to fix everything.
The tools should fit your life, not shame you for having one.
Not Sure Where You Fit?
That is okay. You do not need to choose the perfect category before reaching out. You can start with what is going on, even if it feels messy, unfinished, or hard to categorize. We can sort through the rest from there.
